F4 Martial Arts Kids Kickboxing program is designed to teach not only punching and striking skills of Kickboxing but to also push kids to reach their fitness goals. Cardio and getting in shape is a big part of the Kids Kickboxing program. Training takes place indoors and outdoors which will routinely includes running outside.

Our lineage in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is very deep and traces it's origins directly back to the original founder of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. The art was derived from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan judo in the early 20th century.
It teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique—most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi and no-gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self defense .

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals
Starting anything new can be very intimidating, especially a martial arts program. For that reason, we created our fundamental program. This program focuses on introducing you to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a very safe and fun environment.
Our fundamental classes are designed to teach the basics of the art, to help each student build a strong foundation. You will learn the vocabulary of the moves and positions and how to correctly apply the techniques. After a couple of months in this program you will be much better adapt to moving into the next phase of you training that will include live training or rolling. Sparing or grappling in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is what we call "rolling". This program will make your experience in this art so much more rewarding. Come in or call today for a free intro.
Kickboxing for Adults
Kickboxing is an art that utilizes all of the body's natural weapons to create a devastating fighting style. Hands, elbows, knee's and feet will be used for a very effective self defense. These classes are cardio driven classes that will get you in incredible shape, learn a great self defense and have fun all at the same time.
Combat Fitness incorporates multiple Martial Arts, all into one Boot Camp style class. Very Dynamic class that is guaranteed to make you sweat. You will learn real skills to defend your self and at the same time get in incredible shape. Cardio work, rope training, sandbag training, ground skills, striking, knees and leg kicks are all used in this MMA style Class. This is a coed class that is full of energy and Fun.
